The Jefferson LIfe Group started August 2025. From 2 to 3 year olds, to 4th and 5th graders in Camp Outrageous, to a classroom of high school girls, Taura has taught across the board at Bellevue. However, when she arrived at Bellevue 8 years ago, she was shocked to find that teaching was her first spiritual gift on the spiritual gifts survey. As a high school teacher for 10 years, she enjoyed teaching but didn’t realize it was her spiritual gift. Taura wants to delve into the Word of God and help women use the Word of God as practical application in their daily lives. Taura’s teaching style is interactive and centered on discussion.
Taura is the Director of Operations for the TN Board of Regents (TBR). In her spare time, Taura likes to read and write and has authored several books. She also enjoys spending time with her family, especially her husband Keith and her two nephews.
